The team at Career Strategy Consultants is currently recruiting for three full-time and permanent positions (Registered Nurse, Therapist, and Case Manager) located in the Ohio Valley within the Healthcare industry. All three opportunities are with a large local healthcare organization located in Wheeling, WV. The requirements and job responsibilities for each role in Wheeling, WV include, but are not limited to, the following: 

1. The Registered Nurse (RN) (Wheeling, WV) is responsible for administering nursing care to patients by providing in-home care during routine visits throughout Ohio County and Marshall County. The RN will maintain patient records, administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician, and observe patients’ conditions and reactions to treatments. 

Responsibilities include:

• Assessment of physical health needs
• Medication management and monitoring
• Facilitating somatic appointments including referrals to necessary specialists
• Completing documentation for services provided
• Engaging clients in community settings

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current WV license as a Registered Nurse
• At least one year of psychiatric experience
• Current driver’s license
• Must pass a background screen 

2. The Therapist (Wheeling, WV) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating therapeutic activities during routine in-home visits or sessions on-site.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and group counseling to a small caseload in non-traditional settings
• Conducting evaluations, clinical assessments and referrals to appropriate services
• Completing documentation for services provided
• Engaging clients in community settings

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
• Must pass a background screen

3. The Case Manager (Wheeling, WV) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring service planning and reimbursement for those clients receiving services through the organization. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging clients in community settings
• Assisting adults with a serious mental illness to gain access to resources such as financial, housing, medical, social, vocational, educational, leisure and mental health services
• Providing services in non-traditional settings
• Completing documentation for services provided

Qualifications:

• The position is available to individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience
• An appreciation for street outreach
• Innovative, inspired, and energetic personality
• Having a personal vehicle, clean driving record, and comfort level transporting clients in your vehicle
• Must pass a background screen
