Over the last month, our team has experienced an influx in demand for Contract Staffing services even as the national unemployment rate remained almost unchanged. We have also found that several of our clients are beginning to prefer Contract-to-Hire staffing services opposed to Direct Hire and Contingent Recruiting services when hiring for entry to mid-level roles.
